This week we're talking about easy essays and artificial idiocy.

But first, I've got a question for you, Luke.

I was expecting you to say something, not just, hmm? Well, the thing is, Corey, as a large

language model, I don't have a lot of words, actually. I don't have a lot to say. That's true. Yeah,

yeah. I think largely what you do is just repeat back to me what I, uh, what I'm saying to you in a kind of positive tone. I think that's a brilliant observation, Corey. And let me just sum up for you as to why your point was so brilliant. Yeah. So my question for you, Luke, is do you use AI regularly? And to be clear, I'm not talking about like, you know, any old AI. You know the AI, I mean, the AI that's inescapable now.

Yeah, the AI that is shoved down your throat at every available opportunity. Yeah. Do I use it regularly? I don't use it that regularly. No, I have used it. I found it differing levels of fantastic and awful.

Can I clarify it?

So when I say regularly, I don't use it at all.

Okay. If I, it's even to the point of if I Google something.

Yeah.

And I get the little sort of Google thing at the top of the screen, at the top of the screen saying, hey, this is a summary.

I will actively skip past that.

And if I read something from it, even though, even if I know that to be correct,

I will still then check elsewhere to, like, and delete what I have read from the Google AI from my brain.

Wow. That is intense. You're doing activism in your own head. It's very commendable.

No, I'm, I'm not accepting things that are probably wrong.
