Hey, guys, welcome back. This week we're digging into the scripture

reading from five different days from a resource that I made called the 31-day resilience reset.

reading for day seven of the 31 day resilience reset, which is from Psalm 24 and Proverbs 7.

So I'll start in Psalm 24 verse 1.

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein,

for he has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers. Who shall ascend the

hill of the Lord, and who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart

who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive

blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of His salvation, such as a generation

of those who seek Him, who seek the face of God, the God of Jacob, Selah.

And then we go to Proverbs 7, and so you can see a stark and direct warning against the adulteress, you know, to avoid her influence.

So this is Proverbs 7 starting in verse 21.

With much seductive speech, she persuades him.

With her smooth talk, she compels him.

All at once he follows her as an ox

goes to the slaughter, or as a stag is caught fast, till an arrow pierces its liver and a bird rushes

into a snare, he does not know that it will cost him his life. And now, O sons, listen to me and be
