And this week we're talking about David Dakota, a filmmaker that many people who are regular

listeners to this show may be shocked we've never done before.

He's never far from our minds.

He is the director of such films as creepozoids, sorority babes in the slime ball bolorama,

Nightmare Sisters, Beach Babes from Beyond, Test Tube Teens from the year 2000, and of course,

a talking cat?

Which is probably the thing that made him the most famous in the sense of people were talking about his movie because it became a bad movie classic.

Even though that the other films that he made, I believe, that year, like an Easter puppy, did not get the same attention that a talking cat did.

Didn't he have a Halloween horse as well?

Well, a talking cat was a perfect confluence of factors, right?

I mean, I think more than anything, it was the special effects of the cat talking.

Oh, my God, yes.

Coupled with the fact that the cat was voiced by Eric Roberts.

small fraction of those movies. I've only liked a smaller fraction.

But nevertheless, I love David Dakota.
