Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and the

Sean Crox and dot com today we've got Zig Ziglar back on the show and today

Zig is talking about happiness. It's a short clip but it's a powerful clip

because so often we say to ourselves I'll be happy when when I achieve that when

I get this when such and such happens but that is not how happiness works. You

have the ability you have the birthright. You have the choice to be happy right

now. Here's Zig. You see there are a lot of people who are confused about

happiness. They think it's a where and a when they'll say well you know I'll be

happy when I get to be the manager. No you want. Then you'll be happy when you

get to be the supervisor. No you want. Then you'll be happy when you get to be

the president of the continent. No you want you'll still want a bigger title. Well I

want to tell you something you can get to be the president of the United States

and that does it guarantee happiness as a matter of fact in that job if you

don't do good they'll get you. I know you have already heard about what happened

to one of our presidents. No it's not aware a lot of people say well you know I'll

be happy when I win the trip to Hawaii. No you won because it doesn't make it

where you go there you are. See? A lot of people

A lot of people get the idea you know well I'll be happy when I get the new

house. No you won't then you'll be happy when

you get to furniture. No you won't then you'll be happy when you get new
