| 1:20.1 | But I want to challenge you with something from Romans chapter 3 beginning in verse 27 this morning |
| 1:27.2 | That could put a different perspective on that for you |
| 1:32.2 | Paul has just made the case in the previous verses, |
| 1:36.0 | that it is God who makes us righteous. |
| 1:40.0 | God makes us righteous by sending Jesus Christ to die for us and when we trust in him, |
| 1:46.0 | we place our faith in him and in his death, what it performs for us. |
| 1:52.0 | We receive the righteousness of God. And that's a |
