We're going to be playing on the Empire Podcast this week. It's time to ignore your mother

hosting this week because Chris is just off a flight from New York and is so jet-like

he's actually wearing trousers for once. That means the Winchester's will be keeping

their shirts on and obviously that I tried to write an intro fitting a song about the

Winchester's to the opening number of Hamilton which for the sake of your ears I just decided

not to do but that is not the only theatrical link for this week's episode because this

week we are sponsored by the Fairyman which is the new play on stage at the Gilgurth

Theatre in London. It's written by Jez Butterworth who of course wrote among other things

Spectre in the Bond franchise. It is directed by Sam Mendez so its filmmaking credentials

are super on point and this is a play that has already played to huge critical acclaim

and five star reviews at the Royal Court before opening in the West End where it's been

playing to SoulDot Hises. But there are still tickets. It's opened until the 6th January

2018 you can get tickets from as little as 12 pounds. They do front row day seats at the

box office which if you turn up at 10.30 on the day of you can you can trans your luck and
