And it was a rough re-entry for me, being older than I've ever been, one of the first jobs I wanted to do that I hadn't been able to do back in the old days was ironworker.

We got a line on a company down in Florida called Shelby Erectors, who specializes in doing all the iron work, all the rebar for bridges.

And dude, when I say these guys kicked my butt, I mean, it was so humbling.

I was so out of practice and to suddenly wind up at 6 a.m. on a bridge in the heat,

wrong day to quit sniff and glue. You know, uh, that was like of all the jobs that you could come back on, like that one was the worst.

Just in terms of backbreaking, really super hard work.

These guys carry hundreds and hundreds of pounds every day of iron rods.
