swam and biked in your first ever triathlon.

The Smith Mountain Lake Triathlon was this past weekend.

And it is the one I've been training for for several months now and it was finally

here and it was it was a really fun experience overall I would say it looked like so much fun

I actually um I was down there you know kind of cheer cheering cheering on with with Beth and the

kiddos and stuff uh and Beth and I were talking a little bit about it because like we got down there.

We're like, man, this is like a much bigger event.

This is like a bigger deal than we pictured.

And I was like, it's crazy because when we were kids, our parents, I believe, did this exact same
