of launching her small business called Sprinkle Pop, and they're a maker of gourmet baking sprinkles.

So Elizabeth Butts is a person who transitioned, like I I did from a successful corporate finance career.

I wasn't in finance, but successful corporate career, to launch her first small business back in 2017.

Liz is the founder, as I mentioned, of sprinkle pop, which makes bespoke sprinkle mixes.

And we'll talk about more what that is, but they serve

baking supply stores, professional cake and cookie decorators, and baked good enthusiasts worldwide

with the high quality, unique, customizable, rather, gourmet sprinkle products. So those

sprinkles that go on cupcakes or cakes and other baked goods.

She has grown her business from a one woman show operating out of a small room in her house on nights and weekends while maintaining her day job at an energy company to expanding it to its own dedicated warehouse space now with the devoted

team in less than one year.

So phenomenal growth that she has experience.

Liz lives in the Houston, Texas area.
