more of this and I want to just encourage you not to beat yourself up over the fact that

you have self-doubt. I think one of the most encouraging things I ever learned

and something that I know all my clients get these big like, whoa aha moments is when I realized that the fact that I had self-doubt wasn't a sign

that I wasn't qualified or wasn't on my way, that it was normal to feel scared

that that that there wasn't this defining thing that confirmed that I was an

imposter or a fake or not ready but that this is just simply self-doubt it's part of

the the kind of the plight of humanity so to speak it's just going to be part of life and even

as you go and continue working on your self-confidence and your personal growth and your

development and your fitness and all these things

that you're doing to be more, you're still going to have days where the doubt feels real.

So I think rather than be surprised by that, encouraged and prepared to know wait first off you got a resource here in this show
