Summary

Was Arthur Shawcross destined to become a serial killer from an early age? The boy known to schoolmates as "oddie" and then "crazy boy" was born different in some terrible ways. Mental illness, brain damage, and genetic abnormalities seemed to converge to create the special kind of monster "oddie" grew into, and he should have never been unleashed on the unsuspecting residents of Rochester, New York.

1:12.4	deserved to live. Less than a year after he settled in, he started killing again.
