I ran across one of your presentations talking about how AI is affecting journalism. And I just was

really fascinated by all of these ways that newspapers and journalists are doing really cool stuff

with like machine learning and AI and oftentimes that means

Python as well. Now before we get into our main topic with AI and journalism, let's just start

with your story. How did you get interested in programming? You started out on the journalism side,

not the AI side, right? Yes, exactly. So I studied journalism in university, and that was my focus.

My focus was actually print journalism.
