I hope we have found our rhythm in this unique time in the world right now. But, okay, I just got a real quick word for you guys this week.

This is going to be short and sweet, but it's on the topic of what are you unlearning?

This has come up multiple times in conversations that I've had with them, close friends

behind the scenes, that in this season, there are so many things that we are unlearning re-learning

and figuring out why we believe what we believe in the first place why we do what we do in the

first place why we act and think certain ways that we have always acted and thanked and so I think a lot

of people are in a beautiful and much-needed

re-evaluation season where they're taking a pause and they're reconsidering some things.

And they're thinking, oh, but wait, I've thought this way my entire life. But what if there's a

different way? Or I've always thought this about this,

or I've always made an assumption about this type of people, or judged this, or whatever.

Or I thought, oh, I mean, the list goes on and on. This can be spiritually in your business,

in your worldview, how you view health, how you view, how you view, this could go on

and on. But I just see so many people, myself included, kind of having to unlearn some things

or relearn some things they'd forgotten or learn some new things altogether because they

weren't taught that way all along.
