And I want you to know the shul get three to four phone calls like that, probably even day now, but definitely a day every other day. People from New York, tri-state area who are looking to relocate now. They want to know about the schools. They want to know about the different shills, the different communities. South Florida is hot right now. Hot market. It's not only South Florida. It's hot. I don't know if you follow it in the news, but we can thank the governors of some other states in the wonderful United States of America and some of their tax laws and other policies. There are, how many people do you think from United States are moving to Florida a day? Not talking about Jews or from Jews. How many people in general are moving to Florida a day.
