I just don't know how else to get myself in the zone because I know right before my music starts, it says,

But I just repeat it. I don't know why.

Anyway, I'm so low this week. Again, I'm usually solo, but last week I had the

wonderful pleasure of sitting down with Meg from post accessories and based on the feedback I got from that episode,

you guys are just as low with her as I am, which is great news because she

will be back. She may not know that yet, but Meg, if you're listening, you're coming back on.

So you might just want to, might want to plan for that. I said this right,

or I said this at the beginning of last week's episode, but we had never met until about two minutes before that recording started.

And since then, I have not stopped talking to her. I, I talked to her all day every day.

She's just as cool as you think she is. And I feel lucky that we are now friends.

So this week, we have actually quite a bit to get through.

Let me give you kind of a table of contents. Just some chitchat at the beginning.

I got to tell you guys a few things. We're going to get into the Ick.
