But I lack to learn to love myself because I did it for everybody else not for myself

and that's why when she had asked me why did the things that I did I couldn't answer her

because ultimately it wasn't for me it was for everybody else.

No I didn't know I had power you know I mean I I had intention in all my punches

but when I hit that guy, he was about maybe 10 seconds or 15 seconds in the first round.

And he just went down. And I'm like, what the heck was that?

The thing about life is you can never create

a greater foundation if the foundation within yourself is falling apart.

With everything that I have during the time that I met you the first time when we were working, you know, when we were doing that, that, that, when we had that conversation.

I had everything, you know, from making a lot of money to so everybody clambering to be my friends

to just anything and everything

I was on top of the game but everything around me was falling apart.

When I was little I tried to kill myself when I was about maybe seven years old because I felt worthless.

I felt that I was a man, I was a kid that was just being fed and I was a burden to everybody.

I'm pleased to say Nainito is a friend of mine we've known each other since

2011. I was recently in Las Vegas researching my book on CTE and boxing. I stopped by to see Leon Spinks for the book with his wife

Brenda and while I was in town I actually managed to in in about 30 hours I managed to catch up with all manner of people.

Had lunch with Nenito and then when it had a coffee with Wayne McCulloch,

had breakfast with Joe Zaggy and his boys and obviously caught up with Leon.
