On the morning of December 14th, 2011, Jack and Jerry McGee, a well-liked and respected couple in their late 60s, were found

shot to death in the Andover, Massachusetts mansion.

The only item missing from their home was the couple's Lexis, which was discovered on fire 20 miles away in Boston.

Despite an extensive investigation, authorities have yet to identify any motives or suspects in the double homicide.

It's been just over 12 years since Jack and Jerry were killed, and investigators are still searching

Jack and Jerry McGee, this is a mystery through and through and I think the main theme of why I'm covering this particular case is because I have said to you numerous times

for a case to be considered a cold case,

there are a few variables to consider.

And they're also subjective,

depending on the police department or agency in charge of that
