happy January's done. Honestly, like I was so ready to get into a new month. I needed a new way to just motivate myself to just feel good and feel ready to start a new month. I personally felt like January was the longest month ever. I was in a serious funk. It was always so gloomy here in Ottawa and I was like, this is ridiculous.

Like I'm not feeling positive and obviously going into a new year right from the beginning of the month.

You want to feel inspired. You want to feel motivated. You want to start, you know, figuring out how you're going to reach your goals and all that.

And I just wasn't feeling that way this January.

I was just feeling super low and just not myself.

And it's hard to like stay positive, especially like on a podcast and like in your YouTube videos and all that.

like, pushing yourself through it. And I did take some mental health breaks, as you guys knew,

but, um, yeah, I don't know. Just January wasn't for me. And I feel like February already has

been such a great start. I'm feeling so much more positive. And I just feel really good

energy for this month. And I'm just really excited to see what happens this month.

So really wanted to open up about that. I'm just, yeah, very excited about February. I wanted to get

into a bit of a weekly recap of what happened for the first week of February. I did a little monthly reset. I cleaned my

entire house. It felt so good just to do like a good like deep scrub of areas that I don't typically

clean and just getting my main floor done, my upstairs done, all that. And it just felt so good to

have the house all clean i then

booked a nail appointment in the beginning of the week and i actually did like really cute

valentine's day nails i'm so happy with how they turned out i have been back on my like neutral
