So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, I wake up this morning.

I get out of bed.

I always go for about a two-mile walk every morning.

I just love it. Minnesota,

Florida, wherever I am, I love to walk. It's a wonderful. I've only, I lost another two pounds,

so I've only got about, I think, 12 to go. And I'll have lost 100 pounds. So that's that,

but I also lost something else this morning and that was about 45 degrees

of temperature because i didn't know this i walked outside it was 40 degrees now you can talk about

40 degrees in minnesota which is not bad actually no 40 degrees here is freezing cold because there's no protection from any of it.

Well, you also don't have winter jackets down there, that sort of thing.
