Today we'll be talking about a tragic accident in which a high-time airline pilot, who was moving a Cessna 150 across the country, died in a fatal accident that also killed his son. And we'll talk about

the cascading series of red flags that should have led him to alter his plan. Sadly, he continued

on until he was boxed in a corner with no remaining options. Last week in episode 277, we talked

with CFI Chris about his accident that occurred on a first flight with a new owner as they were preparing to bring his new aircraft home and about how external pressures and stress played a role in that accident.
