Today, Merck whistleblower Stephen Kraling and the MMR vaccine.

Today's podcast really gets into the weeds on some issues, but I think you're going to find

it fascinating.

Stephen Crailing, a Merck whistleblower, will describe what he sees as serious fraud in a fight

that went on for more than two decades over a vaccine that most Americans born after

1970 got, and right up front, I will say that Merck, the vaccine maker, would likely dispute

a lot of the comments and allegations you're going to hear. Well, some of them they did not

dispute or a court validated that the comments or allegations

were true in some of the cases. But I'm saying all of this to tell you that you can decide

how truthful this whistleblower's information seems and you can do additional research online

to find out Merck's position, more about the lawsuit, and how it turned out.

There are plenty of places for you to find that information.

What you're hearing this podcast is a side of the story that's typically harder to find,

if not censored entirely, due to the managed nature of the media today.

And also up front, I will say that the FDA and the CDC say that Merck's

MMR vaccine is safe and effective or it wouldn't be on the market. And this conversation,

by the way, has nothing to do with another newer MMR vaccine made by a different company.

So here now is the story from Stephen Crailing,

a virologist in the Virus and Cell Biology Department at Merck

starting in about 1999.
