Alephine Tuleimuk.

Alaphn has had so many new things go on since she was last on our show.

She's now a mom, a wife,

an Olympian, and she's crushing it again on the roads. In this episode, we discuss it all. She lets us dive into her life and tells us the good, bad, and the ugly of love, parenting, training,

racing, injuries, goals, you name it, we discussed it. Allie always brings the fun. So let's get after it.

All right, I am so fired up. Like, I love this lady and we've had her on one other time, but this time around,

the last time I hugged Alephine Tuley Muck was at the Olympic trials in 2020 at the finish line when she won. So, Ali, I can't wait to have you back on this show. Thank you for making time for us. Of course, pleasure is all mine. My gosh, so much has changed, Ali. A lot has changed. I can't even believe it. I mean, like, it's only two and a half years ago when I saw you.

Yeah. But so much has changed since then. I've gotten so much older. But I'm super gray right now.

Oh, whatever. Oh, yeah. I guess that's what happens when you have a kid, but yeah.

I mean, really, at that moment when you won the Olympic trials in Atlanta, and I got to hug you, I mean, and we talked real quick because you were getting whisked away.

It was just so delightful to see all that came together on that day.
