I did an episode on this topic probably a year and a half or so ago, I'm guessing. I didn't go back and look it up, but it's even more

time appropriate to where we are right now. These two questions, I would argue, are behind

all the success that we're having in business. I got these from John Maxwell. I believe it was in

his book, Great Leaders Ask Great Questions, I think, which is a phenomenal

book if you've never read it. John Maxwell has some really good stuff. But the two questions

were actually part of a couple presentations that I've done as well when I'm speaking in front of

groups. And you know we're very relationally focused around here,

but we are clearly seeing signs that the way we do business pays off when times are good,

when times are rough, when the economy's down, when the economy's booming, it doesn't matter.

There's a very simple premise that if you accept it,

your business can weather basically any storm,

and it can thrive under any conditions.

And if you ignore it, you're putting yourself at risk.
