When you look at human behavior wherever you are in the world, whether you're in North America or Europe or Asia, wherever it is,

Just different parts of the world, there's these different habits, and it seems like the human condition is driven by habit and ritual and routine, and when we're young, our rituals and our habits tend to be very healthy.

When we get older, we tend to lean into more negative habits, things that are more reactive to our stress in our life.
