Hey, you're despite the different music and the different vibe, you are in fact listening to the creative

pep talk podcast and yes this is your host Andy J Pizza you'll notice this is a

different kind of episode and I'll explain what's going on there.

So with all the crazy stuff going on the world and then all the especially crazy stuff going

down in America, I didn't feel like it felt right just to do a regular

episode and not address anything.

And yet I also felt uncomfortable, you know, I feel like everybody is feels the pressure to have a take and

instead of sharing you know getting on this podcast and using this megaphone to be like,

this is what Andy J Pizza thinks.

You know, I've kind of tried to instead just amplify other voices of people that I believe in and I know have a great heart.

And so I want to take this opportunity to pass this little creative pep talk megaphone over to my buddy Ade Hoag who is one of our

artists on my artist management company collope co loop. Ade is a phenomenal letter and designer and this is his second

appearance on the show. His first one was a popular one with lots of our people and and yeah I just

wanted to give him a platform to talk about where his heart is through all this stuff and also you know we do a lot of that at the beginning

but there's a lot of creative talking shop on this as well Odd-A's got some brilliant analogies

and some awesome tactics, and it is full to the brim with creative pep

that you come to expect, you're going to like it.
