Do you remember when you had to go inside the gas station and pay the

attended to put gas in your car?

In today's episode, I share a story about the transition to pay the pump some

years ago and the lesson it brought to mind about how to fill an empty tank.

Our spiritual tanks get empty too, but God has shown us where to go to fill up.

And if you're out of gas, the Bible has a word of encouragement for you.

Well no one told me the night they changed the gas pumps.

I don't know what happened. All I know is that I went to fill up my car because

it was on empty. And I went into the convenience store,

the same one I've gone to countless times and did the same thing I had done

countless times. I took a $20 bill. I put it on the counter and I said,

hello to the girl who works there. And she said, oh,

you don't have to do this anymore. I said, what?

She said, you don't have to pay me. I said, are you serious?

She said, now you pay the pump. So I went out and I went to the pump.

And I took the hose and I stood here and my car was right here.

My gas tank was right here. I had to lid off and I stood there for a long time.

I was trying to figure out what to do because I had the ample gasoline right here.

I was in need of gasoline right there and I was trying to make the connection.
