Welcome back to the Mindset Magic and Manifest manifestation podcast with your girl. It is I,

the Michaela Jay here to teach you how to manifest your next level looks live. Happy Monday. Honestly,

you guys, the vibes are kind of weird today, but that's not going to stop us from having a kickass

episode, having a kick ass week and choosing our own vibe but let me like set the scene here just

like very briefly it's super gloomy today in texas when i'm filming this and as i sat down to start

recording the button of my shorts completely popped off and that's absolutely ludicrous because

these shorts are probably two sizes too big for me um but like the string got um loose and then the button just

totally popped off and i was like wow okay that's the vibe that's going on today but you know what

so like shorts can be re-sown the sun will come out again and we're going to make today a fucking

vibe regardless so just a fun little reminder that if the day is feeling weird,

the energy is feeling off, you always have a choice to decide how your day is going to go.

And especially on a Monday, we're going to be starting the week off super fresh, super punchy.

I don't want you to have like a weird Monday morning one week and then let that ruin the whole

momentum of the week. You have control over your energy. Okay. So I'm deciding today's
