Hello. Hi, beloved friends and family. I do. Cousin Julia will probably listen to this,

and she's family, so it counts. Hi, how are we?

I am having kind of an annoying day because I woke up this morning. I had a yoga class scheduled

because I'm trying really hard to get back into hot yoga. It's all of the studios around me, including my beloved studio, now have shitty schedules that

don't work with my schedule.

So it's been a little difficult, but I was like going this morning.

I paid for it last night.

I had this podcast to do.

And my dad texted me at 9.30 a.m.

and was like, hey, we're not down the shore. You can go if you want.

And I'm like, could you have maybe let me know two days ago? So, like, on Thursday. So I could

have planned a weekend? My dad has a very little apartment. So it's like way better when

they're not there. When they are, it's very cramped.

But fine, because, you know, you don't spend that much time in the apartment at the beach.

But I was, then I was like, should I just leave after yoga and record down there?

I'm still unsure.

I didn't do that.

It's Saturday at 140.

And I think I'm going, I don't know, I might go tonight.

I do have to record another podcast in the morning, but I might go to night, sit on the beach

for the whole afternoon and then come back. I don't, I don't know. I'm really, it's really
