Today we have two episodes for you. This one is a quick update on the latest sexual abuse allegations by Michaela Maroni against Dr Larry Nassar.

happening. We felt like this was way too important to

world. I'm here with Spencer from the balance beam situation. This is

Jessica. Last week, Michaela Maroni came out with a statement on Twitter at about midnight

last Tuesday.

Michaela Maroni, of course, Olympic gold medalist, World Champion, and someone who has come forward in the past and interview

with us last year, the year before, we'll put a link up in the show notes about some of the emotional abuse that she suffered at the

hands of her coaches and also talks a lot about the environment at the ranch.

So in her statement, you guys can read the whole thing put on the show notes, but she says,

I was molested by Dr. Larry Nasser, the team doctor for the U.S. women's national gymnastics team,

and Olympic team. Dr. Nastro told me that I was receiving

quote medically necessary treatment that he had been performing on patients for

over 30 years unquote. It started when I was 13 years old and one of my first

national team training camps in Texas.

That's important because she's saying it's happening at the ranch.

And it didn't end until I left the sport.
