Summary

This is episode 1 of a 2 part series. A series of murders haunts South Korea in the late 1980's into the early 90's which would be come their first known serial killer. This meant that there was a lot of pressure to catch the perpetrator in an area that had never seen anything like this before and wasn't experienced in these types of investigations.
