Dr. Arthur Henderson, it is a pleasure to have you on the show today. I'll get into a little bit how we were introduced to each other, but I'm going to ask you, like I have been asking all our pro-talk guests. Are you healthy? Are you able to work normally? And is your family healthy? How's it going?

Right now I'm healthy. My family's healthy, and I'm doing well at work. We're staying pretty, pretty busy right now.

Coronavirus is starting to pick up in North Carolina and we're staying busy with that.

And I should tell folks, you are an ER doctor.

And so you were on the front lines, if anyone is, right? That's correct. So we were introduced

because you sent an email to the Fine Home Building email box, editorial mailbox, and it was

really well written, and in magazine speak, we call what you sent in

over the transom. That means this was unsolicited. You just sent this in, uh, this review of this

tool. Uh, it was called a dashboard and it's expensive and somewhat niche. So, uh, in follow up,
