And this case that I'm talking about today started out as a white collar crime case a telemarketing business to business telemarketing case.

And it morphed into something totally different.

Well, that's right because it became a loan sharking investigation and Jerry for those shots have been fired.

Shots have been fired. That's right for someone who doesn't really know what is loan sharking.

What does it even mean? You've heard it, but maybe you don't know what it means exactly.

Well, the technical or the violation is called extension of credit for extortion.

It means meaning that somebody has loan something.

But now in order to collect it, they are using extortion type methods such as threats, you know, to get that money back.

Loan tracking sounds much simpler.
