Both. Generally, so we are the internal medicine podcast and generally we use expert interviews for new clinical roles and practice changing knowledge.

Specifically, our expert interview is that the amazing Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Vivian Sanchez.

Dr. Sanchez is an assistant professor of surgery at the Boston University School of Medicine, where she also serves as the assistant dean for student affairs.

She's the former director of bariatric surgery and a staff surgeon at VA Boston Health Care System.

She started the bariatric program at the VA in 2009 and is the program director for BMC and Asesia interns in surgery at the Boston VA.

Dr. Sanchez received her VA from Harvard and her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Proman School of Medicine.
