Well, and people also remember their struggle or working hard or where they came from,

at least if you have some level of success.

And part of that in your life is what's going to please you the most.

And sometimes people take that so far.

I mean, there's so many people on their deathbed that their main regret is overworking,

not seeing their family, not being present, and not enjoying the parts of their

life that are truly a gift.

And once you realize that you have these moments and you can kind of be inside these moments

and live in the moment, as strange as it sounds, it does benefit you to really realize

like there is something to there's no past, you know, there's no past, there's no future, there's now, because that's real.

There's nothing more real than that.
