Hello, friends. Welcome back to Terrap of the Wild Soul

podcast. It's, as always, a joy to be gathered with all of you in this shared space. Thank you so much

for being here with me. I hope that this is finding you as supported, as grounded, or as galvanized and as rightfully

enraged as you likely are.

We're in this post-election world together.

And I'm grateful to be present as a humble point of service

to anybody who might be benefited by that.

Inside of the shock and the numbness and the grief and the trauma and the rage,

there is some, I've spoken to a couple of people, all of whom are also helping professionals

that among us, there's been an experience of like, okay, I'm, I'm here and available to pivot, to hold space, to be of service in whatever way I might be called to be. And I'm, I'm landed in that today. I'm also like fresh off of being sick.

I'm fresh off of some physical things as well.

So it's, yeah, very, very intense to say the least.

And, yeah, just sharing that inside of a global witnessing of wherever you might be inside

of your own experience with this time.

This episode is a hodgepodge. Um, it's, uh, some Q&As. It's honestly, like a, I, I, I wanted to do something I don't think I've ever done before, which is a tiny monthly medicine recap.

Because, um, I don't usually like, like do this with prior episodes of

the podcast. But if you haven't listened to the November monthly medicine podcast episode

for this podcast, I recommend that you you do that. Um, it's very helpful.

I don't often like go back to my own work and like sip from the nectar of it, but it's been

incredibly helpful for me. Even the theme, one moment at a time, feels like it's incredibly stabilizing in this span of time
