emotional encounter with the Lord the Lord is very interested in encountering us that it

skeptics might say well that's just hormones and chemicals you guys are all

responding to who made them why do our bodies respond in such a glorious way of optimistic thinking when we exercise if you haven't

listened a few podcasts back we actually make our brains smarter we become

better at thinking and reasoning when we exercise it builds up BDNF

It's healthy brains we have going on.
