not that you have to do that, but you're just going to be a better consumer to work with those

professionals and kind of push back a little bit because, yeah, there's been some really bad

ideas given to me by professionals. And it's one way to fix the problem, but one, it's probably a little higher

how much it should cost, what the process is. In today's episode, we talk all about rental

properties. And specifically, after we're talking about his story and how he got to his point where he has these properties, we talk about some best practices, the types of properties you can buy that reduce your maintenance cost, the types of repairs you want to do to make your property be a good rental, and all sorts of other details in between. recording this, it's been a really positive experience. Some of my goals have not been

business related so much, although I am writing a book called The Small and Mighty Real Estate Investor. That's been my focus for the last four or five months or so. If you're on my newsletter list, I've been keeping you updated and sharing snippets of that. I'm pushing hard towards the end to try to get a deadline that was right at the end of the year to write the book and to get it finished. And hopefully that's going to come together pretty nicely. I'm real happy with where it's going so far. And I'll keep you updated throughout 2003. It should be published in August of 2023, but I'll have some opportunities to get some early copies and support me if you're willing to buy some early copies and share it with your friends.
