All of the supplements and et cetera that I'm taking what I'm doing in my life to support this late perimenopause slash early menopause phase of my own life.

So without further ado, if you haven't listened to the first two episodes, those were both really good. I kind of

kind of tell you exactly what I'm doing and how I am supporting myself. So reminder that

the definition of menopause is you really can't diagnose it until a year after you've had your

last period. And then you go, oh, now I'm in menopause. So I keep thinking I'm getting closer and then

I will have another period. So I'm technically not there yet,

but I would say, you know, last year I had three or four periods. So I'm definitely getting closer.
