Summary
Email can be explosive, especially when you use it to carry on an emotional discussion. If you learn to read email carefully, however, you can make sure that even if other people are going ballistic, you can deal sanely and rationally with the incoming email. Then everyone will think you're a hero, you'll be promoted, and life will be perfect.
