Hey everyone, welcome to the Eagle I Podcast presented by Nissan with Reuben Frank. I'm Dave Zangaro.

We have a packed show for you today, Ray Diddinger,

will join us in a little bit to preview the Ravens game.

We're going to talk about Lane Johnson and his surgically repaired ankle

that's not going so well.

The Eagles lost a draft pick to the Washington

football team. We'll take a look at Leavian Bell if that would make sense for

the Eagles and also take a bigger picture look at the Eagles's running back situation, but we're going to start with Lane Johnson.

He got that second opinion. He doesn't need more surgery, but I don't know if there's a lot of confidence for him that he's going to be able to play on this ankle

Yeah, it's it's a little scary situation because it's been a couple times now where he's thought that it was

resolved and it hasn't been and you know he initially had the surgery at the end of

August thought that solved it when he came back and then you know he got through the first

couple of games he played missed the opener and then he's been on and off the field

the last two games and you know had had it drained he told us a week ago he had it drained and

thought that would resolve it next thing you know he's leaving the Pittsburgh game

early and now he didn't practice Wednesday.

So I asked Doug, I guess it was yesterday,

just, you know, do you think it would benefit him
