I remember getting the phone call from the client saying my wife is accusing me of sexually

abusing our kids.

You're not putting a three-year-old on the stand because any child that takes a stand

has to be what deared as to whether they can understand rightfulness and wrongfulness

and they have to swear to tell the truth.

It was proceeding in Family Court, which is the civil side of things.
