but apparently somebody in my show made a joke that went like this and I'm quoting from the email, the email that I got as a complaint and it says something basically like, where is the only place a one-legged person can get a job and the

answer to the joke was I hop okay so old joke not original to my show remember it yeah and

it doesn't sound like a joke I would I would but I don't know. I don't know who said it.

Actually, I'm trying to find out if the person's not so offended they've stopped emailing me.

But now, they wrote in and said that they have a child who is six years old and

and has been a double amputee since birth, one leg, one arm, and that she was highly offended at six years old by this joke.

And that, you know, what, what, what could I, what could I do to help?

What could I do to help explain this to her?

And I wrote back and just basically said,

just explain it's a joke that it wasn't personal.

We don't know them, you know?
