An annual event where we have very high-profile journalists, editors, producers,

people who run television companies, that kind of thing.

And it's a celebration of all who have fallen in the name of bringing the news to the world.

So we are the journalist church.

We have always celebrated our press.

We are right in the heart of what used to be the center of our newspaper industry,

where we all worked in our newspaper offices, up and down Fleet Street and so on. And St. Brides is the last man standing,

if you like, isn't it? It's the spiritual home of journalism. Yeah. I, you know, I really, I lash myself

every weekend when I think, well, I could go to Simbrize and go to the church service,

the one that you attend every week. But for some unknown reason, you know, there's always

I'm working the next day or I've been working the night before or something like that. But

I must literally get up there and we should have a lunch afterwards somewhere in Fleet Street.

You know what I mean? Oh, yeah, let's do that. But we've got a magnificent program of Christmas services coming up as well, which we do every year.

And, of course, Fleet Street Carols, which he would have attended many, many times back in the day.
