So anyhow, Ian, how are you doing? How are you feeling? I'm good. I'm good. I think I told you I had to do with a house fire, a slight house fire in my apartment, but I fixed it. Oh, I didn't hear about this. Yeah, tell the people about the house fire, please. I just, I was making mashed potatoes. and if you didn't know this, you can, like, burn potatoes to the point where they won't stop smoking, even underwater. What were you cooking them in? A stainless steel pot. On the stove? On the stove. Okay. And I just left it there because I looked at my chicken, and my chicken was fucking perfect. I was like, that's the chicken can't be burning. Turned out of the potatoes. And we had a fire? We had a slight fire. We had a slide fire. Where were the flames? Like coming out of the potatoes? It was more like the potatoes had turned into embers, like charcoal. Wait, how long were you cooking this fucking potatoes? Like an hour. It was a really long time.
