In the show, the premises, I always ask someone what was an insight that they had that helped lead them from one stage in their life and to a new stage of their life in which they didn't necessarily think that was possible.

You know, because a lot of people, you know, the reason just to give you a moment to think about this while I fleshed out a little bit more is that a lot of people look at their life and they think because they're used to that because it's normal to them they think that that's what all that's

available to them but then they look at other people and they see like how is this

person thriving so much how are they doing this how is they doing that it's like well

they're also in just a person who was living a life, and through some type of insight or clarity or action, something clicked for them and helped them move in a direction they want to go.

And so having people be able to hear those stories is very useful for them in their own lives.

So there are no rules and it doesn't have to be about any particular

experience you had, but just anything that comes to mind that helped you see things

Yeah, I know I think this is such a great question and I do think it's really

practical for those listening. I think because I've been talking about my book a lot,

I'm going to use an example from there just because that's what feels like a really pivotal

kind of moment that helped me transition to who I am today and I think part of it

was realizing I had a moment in my early 20s when I realized just how miserable I was.

And I think I realized that I had no idea who I was

or that I did not possess my own life.

And so how this happened was through a panic attack.

but I think I had this one moment of a complete meltdown where I was flying back home from a girl ship with my sister and I was flying home to you know grad school and my husband at the time and all the

obligations and all the roles and I think I just had a moment of overwhelm where my body
