Doesn't that tell you everything you need to know about Paul?

Two questions, who are you, Lord? And then, what do you want me to do?

Literally, from that moment, Paul's life was no longer about doing his own will,

but doing the bidding of this Lord that he had been so utterly and completely wrong about.

The Word of the Lord endures forever is a daily verse-by-verse Bible study with the church,

Greetings, people, loved by God.

In our previous study, Paul had just been scooped up by the Roman soldiers and was being carried to the barracks when he asked if he could speak to the tribute.

Remember, the man was shocked that Paul knew Greek.

He had him pegged for an Egyptian rebel rouser who had led a bunch of assassins out into

the wilderness.

Paul sets the record straight, nope, he's just a Jew from Silesia.

And he coyly states that he's a citizen of no obscure or mean city.

And he just wants to address the crowd.
