And typically I like to do these podcast episodes in such a way that they are evergreen, meaning you can listen to it at any point in the future and you'll still learn some great lessons.

This one is going to have some of that.

But I also recognize that because of the times that we're in right now,

and it seems like Brett and I kind of call it our 10-minute news cycle. Like if you haven't talked to me in 10 minutes,

the last 10 minutes, then something's changed and something news happening and there's something we need to discuss.

The world is changing very rapidly all around us in some very,

very good ways and in some challenging ways. And I'm not going to jump into that discussion too deep,

but I think you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you look back and read the news headlines

from March 2020, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. But let's talk business, let's talk

opportunity, let's talk reasons to be positive and things that you can be doing right now,

specifically in our business, here's what we're doing, here's what we're seeing. The need for

reaching out and connecting with people and getting online on a Zoom call or using some

of the other apps we've been discussing in our Facebook group a little bit lately, some of the

different ways that you can remain connected and contacted. It's more important than ever.

You've got to be getting on the phone. You've heard me say it for years. Well, you're kind of

feeling the weight of the way the

world has changed if you're not in the habit of doing those things because it can be feel very

isolated. So many people who are staying home more, working from home constantly, not going out as

much. Don't let yourself get isolated. That's very important. So use some of the cool technology,

some of the apps, you know, FaceTime, Zoom. I love sending video

email to clients. There's an app called Bomb Bomb, B-O-M-B-O-M-B. It's a Chrome plugin, and you basically
