As usual, we want to immediately talk to you about mental health awareness.

We want to make sure that everybody is aware that no matter what you are thinking about depression, what you're thinking about your well-being or your self-confidence, any of that stuff, we need to make sure that people realize that depression is a whole world.

depression is a horrible disease and it will make you think things that aren't necessarily true.

This has really become evident over the last week or so.

We've gotten a couple of different messages about people who have taken their own life and it always leaves the question why?

I don't really have an answer other than the fact of when you're in that situation where you hurt so bad that you tell yourself that you're a burden, you tell yourself that people don't want you around.

You tell yourself that people will be better off without you and you make yourself believe that to the point to where you just feel like that you're doing everybody a favor by not being here anymore.

If you ever start feeling that way, please reach out to somebody because that is not the truth.

That will never be the truth.

I just really wanted to say that after seeing some of the messages that we've seen this week.
