So Georgia's GOP lead senate passes a bill requiring ID for absentee voting. That is right.

This is a good, this is a big step in securing our election. So the Georgia state senate on Tuesday

passed legislation that would require voters to submit a driver's license number, state identification

card, number or a photo copy of an approved form of ID in order to vote absentee in this state.

Now this is very big. This is very big because one will stop any type of form of fraud,

as long as things are being properly vetted. And this is a big thing because going into the midterm

elections is going to be very, very important for us to win back the house and win back the senate.

So senate bill and other states should obviously be doing this. Senate bill 67 passes an

upper chamber in a 35 to 18 vote on Tuesday. And now heads of the state house of consideration

in the associate press reports. The bill has already been met with opposition from Democrats

and voting rights groups who say the legislation will make it difficult for voters who don't have

a driver's license or state ID card to vote absentee. According to the AP absentee ballots are

currently tallied using signature verification. Imagine that. You can just sign some made up name

on an absentee ballot and then they'll just, oh, that's legitimate. Listen, if you do not have a
