What's up Tyler? Hey, how's it going? It's going good. Is it a circle? Yeah, good. I'm looking at a coffee on my desk and realizing I've had three coffees today. I too. Yeah. And you know what I, I met Ken this morning, we were looking at a potential new shop.

But I got there early and I turned around and my favorite coffee shop was around the corner, which happens to be called tradesmen. Really? Yeah, it's, it's a really cool spot.

And so I went and got a coffee. We went toward the property and we walk out to the car and he's like, I'm like, what do you think? And he's like, hey, do you want to go to tradesmen for a coffee and we'll talk about it. I'm like, sure.

I get there and I'm like, the girls looking at me like, weren't you just here? And he's like, do you want something? I'm like, I actually just had a cold brew with two shots of espresso in it. But yes, I will do another.

Let's do it again. Let's do it again. And here I am sitting in the afternoon with a cold brew sitting on my desk, but I'm not going to finish that because I know if I do, I won't feel good. Yeah.

Otherwise, it's good. Nice. And we have, we have a pretty cool guest on today. Yeah. So I was, I was unaware. I guess you had dealt with him before I had never met him.

So when I don't even know two years ago, when we asked a bunch of you guys, hey, help us get Mike row on the podcast.

A couple of you said, you got to talk to this guy Chuck. He's his right hand man. That's how you're going to get Mike on the podcast.

I DMed Chuck multiple years ago and he ignored me.

And somehow, I think it was after I had Mike on a live last year, I continued to weasel and beg and ask for someone's email that I could talk to Chuck and or Mike.

And I let it simmer for a few months and then I followed up and I was like, Hey, are you interested in talking like, I don't, it was like a very direct like one liner.

And he wrote back this huge long response that he started with, Hey, I had this in my drafts and I never sent it.

And whatever, long searcher, we hop on a call, we chat and, you know, we, we got him on the podcast today.

So we're going to talk about micro works, our thoughts on the industry, college, verse, not going to college and how the respect needs to be and is being promoted equally.
